Assistant Store Manager - Cairns Airport

Location: Cairns

We are on the hunt for an experienced leader to join our team at Cairns Airport.

Your role as Assistant Store Manager will be to support the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, as well as provide friendly and efficient service to our customers by delivering a high-quality product and a memorable experience.

Our ideal Leader will have experience with:

  • Managing staff rosters
  • Maximising sales and meeting KPI’s
  • Managing stock control
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Motivating and managing a team and leading from the front

Above all, the right candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and as this role will involve both retail and food service aspects, someone with a background in food service would be ideal.

To be considered for this exciting role, you must be available to work a rotating roster that will incorporate early mornings, late nights and weekends. As public transport can be limited at certain hours of the day you will need your own reliable transport however we do provide subsidised parking.
